  I worked as a Business Support Associate with Challenges Worldwide under the International Citizens' Service Program. While there, I worked alongside nationals and internationals from UK to give business consultancy services to small scale and medium local business in Kampala. Alongside my international counterpart, I conducted a business analysis (at Gatha Uganda Limited) which included a SWOT analysis,PEST analysis, competitor and market analysis. Basing on the findings, I set recommendations for the business in order strengthen its capacity. I attained a training in Chartered Management Institute towards attaining a certificate in Business consultancy, Project Management and Professional development. I was a dedicated member of the communication team where I took the lead in writing blogs and running social media accounts about the work of Challenges Worldwide in Uganda. Show less

  Undertook a cross cultural internship program of 30 interns from Uganda, Australia and USA living and working in rural areas of Iganga district while implementing Public Health Interventions on Kamira Village.
