• Understand the functional and technical requirements of the departments (Centre, State / UT, and other involved stakeholders) and provide support in project management and implementation support to facilitate PMGSY project implementation in the States. • Assist in the monitoring of OMMAS for effective and better implementation and provide inputs to business processes, technology architectures, standardization, implementation planning, and operational models as required by the Ministry/NRIDA. • Collect and analyze end-user feedback and accordingly identify the scope for MIS reporting and provide Business Analytics for improving the performance of the program. • To assist NRIDA in expediting and monitoring the implementation of the rural road works in all States and Union Territories. • Monthly and annual maintenance liability for all the states under PMGSY was calculated using Pandas and Numpy libraries. • The variation in GIS-tagged field lab photographs uploaded under PMGSY’s 3-Tier system was found using Folium and Haversine libraries. • Expenditure of all previous financial years made in the current financial year was computed and visualized using the Power BI tool. • Packages pending for pushing from OMMAS to eMARG were found out and the states were informed to expedite the process. • The following dashboards using Power BI were prepared for monitoring at various hierarchies: – Progress & Monitoring – Quality – Project Management Information System • Preparation of annual reports (FY 2020-21 and FY 2021-22) using LaTex. • Drafted the press release of conferences organized by the Ministry of Rural Development.
