I have had the pleasure of working with Jason for the past year as his direct manager. Jason is consistently a top performer and brings many strengths to the team. First and foremost is his ability to understand complex problems, ask clarifying questions of the business team, break them down into actionable pieces and design solutions that not only solve the problem but solves them in such a way that they can be easily expanded upon during future revisions.
