Before I became an OD professional, Namar has been one of the HR leaders whom I am personally inspired of. My interview with him at Emaar EC is unforgettable. Amazing how he brings out the talent of a person! Namar has a great charisma, believes in diversity, recognizes the talented people, and implements the best HR practices. His impact was not only on the HR Department but on the whole company of Emaar EC. Namar, as a top HiPo, was successful in his movements to the Commercial and Operations functions. I am very honored to have Namar part of my professional network.

Namar was the Plant Project Department Manager in P&G Jeddah Plant when I was the Technical Support Manager. As a new comer to a multinational company, life was not easy at the beginning but with the help of great leaders and mentors as Namar who demonstrated a role model for being a mentor for new comers and senior employees too, the first steps in the career were more of a smooth learning curve and full of experience. Namar was a mixture of a professional employee who worked with ethics, discipline, clear business understanding and high level of leadership and ownership and a friend who can be supportive to all levels. He is a role model of taking opportunities and turns them into enjoyable challenges. And all of this was executed with a high level of rigor and spirit of seeking to be the best. Still he was keeping the sense of humor around the place and people who worked with. I believe Namar is an example of a leader who can works in any company and no matter what the challenges are, he will still deliver outstanding results.
