As the lead person overseeing a pro bono project in collaboration with Accenture, I played a pivotal role in its overall development of the “Medhavi App”. Through extensive research, crafted the app's features and functionality to align with the community's interests and needs. This user friendly APP achieved an impressive milestone of 1000 downloads within just 3 months of its launch. Collaborating with tech companies like Glific and Coloredcow was instrumental in developing a highly effective chatbot for the helpline project.
