SETTING THE OUTSOURCED SERVICES: organizing the finance function since the launch of the start-up, I negotiated the accounting and invoicing service contracts, and defined the tasks roles and responsibilities for the affiliates in France, Spain, Italy, Germany and Belgium. OPERATING IN AN AGILE MODE WITH LIMITED BUDGETS: in order to ensure a short term return on investment, and give priority to operations, I directly handled the treasury, budget and controls, and tax issues for the operating entities and the holding. UNDERSTANDING THE VALUE CHAINS: aiming at identifying the most relevant savings opportunities, I analyzed larger claims (>500 KEUR) and realized that beyond bodily injury and construction claims, financial losses compensation become a key concern for insurers. MEASURING VALUE CREATION: involved in the deployment of Six Sigma and Lean across the Group, I defined the financial performance and savings indicators driven by the transformation projects.
