I have known Nam Kim for more than a year now during his tenure as a post-doctoral fellow at the Kessler Foundation Research Center. Being a Biomedical Engineer myself and performing research in the field of rehabilitation biomechanics I've had the opportunity to interact closely with him and his research. Nam Kim contributes important engineering and biomechanical expertise to the activities of the different labs and specifically to the laboratory’s research. He is responsible for implementing research protocols using the labs state-of-the-art equipment and also designing self-made, novel devices that are research driven. His main areas of expertise are designing (Solid Works), modeling and programming for data analysis. He has successfully contributed towards scientific presentations as the lead author. He is involved in every step of our research including: interacting with the Institutional Review Board for the Protection of Human Subjects, data collection, data analysis, and scientific publication preparation. Nam Kim comes across as a very pleasant, friendly gentleman who is easily approachable and open to ideas and suggestions. He has been a very hardworking employee and has made rapid progress in his research. His research expertise will continually prove to be an asset to any organization. It has been a pleasure working with him and I look forward to our future research collaborations.

In the time I worked with Nam at the Kessler Foundation Research Center I found him to be hard-working, focused, and diligent. I was impressed by his ability to balance his commitments to the Kessler Foundation and Rutgers University, while managing and running his post-doctoral research study, with little day-to-day help. Nam is reliable, and his skill and commitment make him a valuable asset to any organization.
Tim Maguire, PhD
Nam is both an excellent researcher as well as a great team player. I have had the opportunity to work with him on many teaching and research projects, and his ability to distill complicated ideas is very impressive.
