  Position: ARE MECHANICAL Company: AL imam private enterprise Lahore Duration: DEC-2018 To till Date Project Title: Penta square project DHA Responsibilities:  Analyze mechanical and plumbing problems in execution of project and suggest solutions.  Manage all Documentation with Contractors and Clients.  Provide technical advice to supervisor, inspector and contractor regarding installation of Mechanical System.ie HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, etc.  Attend the Contractor’s MEP Services Inspection request on daily basis.  Inspect/Supervise installation and testing of Piping, Ducting,Fire Suppression system, Draining system, etc.  Manage the day to day work of the MEP Contractor.  Review the Contractor’s installation method statements.  Review Contractor’s shop drawings against the design drawings for compliance with the design intent.  Monitor and promote health and safety on the site. Record and report any breaches to the Resident Engineer. Stop the works if unsafe practices are being followed.  Witness on-site piped system pressure test, air conditioning duct leakage test that may be required during the first fix works.  Validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions.  Facilitate problem solving, as may arise, between MEP Subcontractors during construction.  Assist in the receipt and review of MEP submittals.  Direct, monitor and control the activities of MEP Subcontractor.  Facilitate problem solving, as may arise, between MEP services Technical Expertise  Shop Drawing ,Submittals Review  BOQ review of HVAC ,FFand Plumbing System  Quality Control  Construction Management  Construction Supervision  Data/Document Management  Project Communication Via letters  Material/Site Inspection  Progress Monitoring & Control  Progress/Quality Report  Project Coordination  Checking Invoices of Contractor  Monitoring Site Team  Test and commissioning MEP Show less
