During the period in which I was Naishad's supervisor for his Master research prodject, he demonstrated much diligence in his research and understanding of the detailed scientific concepts associated with his research, based on enzymology, rheology and materials science. Subsequently, Naishad worked as a resarch assistant for myself on a purely enzymology based project, and in particular, demonstrated superior information retrieval skills. Overall, he is a very pleasant person, who has a good work ethic and solid scientific knowledge.
