Mrs. Naima is one of our best trainers. She works really hard to develop excellent workshops for teachers and school coordinators. She has an outstanding skill in training and a great knowledge in school leadership. I highly recommend Mrs. Naima for any school leadership position. It is a great pleasure to have her in our team.

I worked with Naima for a period at King Abdulaziz University and she was an example of an excellent and beloved lecturer and perseverance in her work

Naima Bashir and I have worked together at many different organisations including Pakistan International School Jeddah (PISJ) as A level Teacher. We, later, were colleagues at King Abdul Aziz University (KAAU), University of Business and Technology (UBT), Dar-al Hekma University (DHU) and Educational Insights. Naima is a thorough professional who performs her job with dedication and efficiency. For instance, on one occasion when she couldn’t get hold a Teacher’s Solution manual for a book, she created one on her own to support the students and her fellow teachers. She is an expert in her area of specialisation and thinks out of the box for problems at hand. At all the students’ events, she would work with students to bring the best out of them for their performances. Her students produced brilliant results in Cambridge International Examinations. While I was still at PISJ, Naima moved to undergraduate level teaching. The vacuum created by her departure was deeply felt by students and staff members. Naima was a popular Statistics faculty at KAAU. She was an expert at teaching Statistical Software and adapting to the changes in the software as they arrive. Considering her expertise, she was offered part-time assignments at UBT and DHU. With her cordial nature and skilful performance, she made her mark in every organisation she worked. Naima always believes is giving back the community. Since she is an experienced educationist, she offers free of cost trainings to teachers at school where she serves as a Academic Coordinator. Besides these in-house sessions, she has conducted several trainings at Educational Insights for teachers from other educational institutions. These sessions are well appreciated by the teachers. I have seen Naima moving gracefully through her career from strength to strength. In every capacity, I have seen Naima giving her best. She teaches with her heart and thinks innovatively. I am sure she will be an asset to any organisation where she works.
