  Work Description:Reviw of legal basis for possession of socially-owned land in Kosovo,• Analyses historic Yugoslav laws and applicabe UNMIK regulations governing socially-owned agricultural land and related non-land assets,• Provides written overwiev of historical ownership transfer and advises PAK reprezentativies on historical and legal aspect of individual land disputes,• Act as primary point of contact with the legal departaments of KCA and MAFRD and related partner institutions and interdisciplinary working groups.Establishment of on Overall system for land dispute review and resolution• Cordinates closely with PAK HQ Agriculture & Forestry,Privatisation, Legal & Regional ofiices on land –dispute related issues,• In cordination with PAK Legal Departament, establishes an overall position for PAK in dealing with claims to SOE land,• Represents PAK Agriculture&Forestry in preparation of PAK and SOE defences in Municipal, District and Supreme Court of Kosovo,• Assesses needs and develops strategy for reclaiming lost cadastral records where necessary/possible.Analysis of individual Land Disputes Relating to SOE Landholdings• Coordinates with PAK Claim and Regional offices in the gathering of dispute-related documentation from SOE, MCO and Municipal District courts as they pertain to individual SOE being prepared for privatisation,• Gathers all relevant/available cadastral, land registraction, buildings and dwellings and land use date pertaining to agiculture/forestry SOE,• Determines the potential number of claims to land on individual SOE,• Assesses claims/disputes through analysis and provision of summaries of findings and proposes practical solutions for resolution of such disputes in order to expedite privatisation,• Coordinates with PAK cadastral specialists in locating disputed parcels/areas on SOE maps and in the field.
