  Die Professur für Elektrobiotechnologie am Campus Straubing für Biotechnologie und Nachhaltigkeit an der Technischen Universität München wurde unter der Leitung von Prof. Dr. Nicolas Plumeré im Jahre 2020 neu gegründet. Unsere Forschung erstreckt sich von der Entwicklung schneller und genauer elektrochemischer Sensoren über nachhaltige Elektrosynthese bis zu Photovoltaik und Power-to-Fuel Systemen basierend auf natürlich vorkommenden Proteinen. Durch dieses interdisziplinär aufgestellt Team möchten wir die Entwicklung von den ersten Schritten in den Grundlagen der Proteinkinetik bis zur durch Computersimulation gestützten Verbesserung von Prototypen begleiten.Technische Universität München.

  Agharkar Research Institute is an autonomous research institution fully funded by the Department of science and Technology (DST) government of India. It is also a main research centre under three All India co-ordinated research projects of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research. As part of the hands-on workshop I could train in three research groups-Drosophila lab, Zebrafish Lab, and Hydra lab-all three groups were instrumental in conveying the current state of the research. I could handle equipment such as Phase contrast microscope, cell injector, and a demonstration on a confocal microscope. I could also perform techniques such as performing cryosurgery on Danio rerio cardiac tissue, dissection and staining of Drosophila neurons, Apoptotic studies in GFP-coupled progenitor cells in Drosophila. I was taught these techniques and skills in the research labs and in theoretical lectures by the Institute's leading scientists.
