  Duties:1) Preventive, predictive (condition monitoring) and corrective Maintenance, inspection, trouble shooting and overhauling for rotating equipment such as:  Pumps: centrifugal horizontal vertical and multistage packing and mechanical seal, helical rotor, piston with swash plate, screw and reciprocating multiplex (plunger), build pressures up to 2400 psi, pumping brine water and crude oil, serve as crude oil shipping, water flood, disposal water injection into wells and process handling. Compressors: reciprocating and screw for instruments and utility air and fuel gas portable units and stationary. Cooling Fans, diameters up to 4m. Crude Oil Mixers, propeller type, for storage tanks. Gear boxes, forced and splash lubricated, spur and helical, parallel and bevel, reduction and increasing speed, transfer power up to 800 KW. Gas Engines: Spark ignition, Waukesha and Caterpillar up to16 cylinders in line and V arranged, turbocharged and after cooled with brake horse power up to 1 mega. 2) Implementing GMS software (Global Maintenance system by First) at maintenance management, spare parts inventory control and asset management.3) Condition monitoring for critical process rotating equipment vibration, thermo and oil analysis.4) Commissioning and start up for new equipment.5) Writing Technical Reports for all jobs.6) Construction work instructions MWI for all equipment and cooperation with planning to put and perform planning maintenance plan and to put and improve corresponding KPIs.7) Root cause failure analysis for some repeated failures and investigate solutions to prevent failure in future. 8) Insure safe work conditions for all performed activity, tool box talk and risk assessment.9) Reservation of spare parts for mechanical rotating equipment, ordering, evaluation, receiving and stock level recommendations. 10) Good contact and cooperation with colleagues engineers, technicians and helpers to obtain the maximum work progress.
