• SSP Peer Supporter

  SSP Peer Supporters support students who want to lead fulfilling student lives. Their activities include helping students with preparing worksheets (e.g., Time Management Sheet, Academic Study Plan Sheet, etc.) and facilitating group work in SSP-sponsored seminars. In addition, SSP Peer Supporters regularly hold group consultation meetings and provide opportunities for students to share tips on university life.

• Global Supporter Translator

  Global Supporters is an organization by the Student Office in Ritsumeikan University, Osaka Ibaraki Campus. This organization is aimed to support international students with little to no Japanese skills to be able to assimilate to university life in Japan. Translators work to translate documents provided by the government and accompany international students during events held in Japanese.

• Global House Resident Mentor

  Resident mentors (RMs) are students who reside in G-House to help international students with everyday tasks such as completing administrative procedures at the local municipal office or opening bank accounts. They also host events to bring G-House residents and the local community together. RMs deal with a range of matters, from minor everyday issues to major problems such as taking very ill or injured dormitory students to the hospital.As of September 2022, I am the RM Leader of the G-House Dormitory.

• GLA Student Council Vice President

  GLA Student Council provides support for GLA students and our aim is to contribute the students' voices to the university and be a bridge for communication. The Student Council plans events, and exchange events, and encourage the GLA students to get to know peers both in and out of GLA. The Vice President's job is to support the President during meetings within and outside our community, complete Japanese paperwork for the university, and managing the overall structure and plans of the community.
