  From 1995 to 2004 I worked in multiple roles starting as software developer to systems analyst to architect to business analyst to release and project manager to technical leader In 2004, I was handpicked by the new VP of Claims Technology to lead the Integration track of work for the largest Claims initiative to transform how we handle and process claims…this included people, process, information and technology. The work spanned over 13M dollars in budget over three years with 70 plus resources on three continents. There were over 200 interfaces built using TIBCO and .NET web services to connect multiple applications on various platforms within and outside Allstate. I was promoted to Manager in 2005.In 2007, I was promoted to Senior Manager and took on additional accountabilities for Reporting and Analytics using Business Objects, SAS, Crystal, Oracle DW in addition to Integration as well as the Technology liaison for Compliance, IRS and Legal. This was a 60 member team with resources in India and the US.In 2009, I was promoted to Director and given accountabilities to lead Solution Design in addition to the other tracks of work I already had. I led over 150 people in the three continents with 15-18M budget to deliver the right designs, analytics and reporting.In 2010 through 2011, my scope of influence and accountability extended into leading non-Claims initiated work – e-Sign capabilities for Allstate Financial, Agency/Sales and Claims.
