An interaction with Venky that does not turn into a personal admiration is rare. The first thing you notice about his leadership style is the positive impact he has on people. Having worked with him in two different MNCs which he helped build in India (Juniper & Dimension Data), I have seen the admiration, respect & fan-following he attracts.
