I worked with Nagasekhar in Elegant marine services.Nagasekhar is an aspiring, tireless, proactive engineer, who always have shown a rightful approach for the job which directly comes under him and always eager to learn new things. His strong technical knowledge on various systems like I.C engines,Hydraulics,Pneumatic,Electrical,Electronic circuits,Automation and control circuits helped us in trouble shooting many complex issues onboard ships. He helped us out with new innovations and ideas to deal any complex situation. On many occasion during discussions,I have seen him conquering the crowd with his ideas and words and exhibits good leadership qualities. I would strongly recommend him for any position as he is easily adaptable to any situation. I know very well that it is a more of relaxing job for the whole Technical staff in the office when he takes up a job.It is a good learning experience to all of your subordinates in your team. I wish you the all the best and I am very confident that you will be a big asset to any company you are associated with..
