My activities support business’ effectiveness, efficiency and competitiveness while identifying new opportunities for growth and sustainability. I develop and coordinate a Division Wide Work plan while providing weekly variance reports and analysis for each business. I also synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for actions.I manage a Cross-Functional team of Administrators, Operations Analysts, Resourcing and Training Consultants who directly report to me. Other areas I oversee include the coordination of the work of external consultants in order to support internal operational processes; manage departmental expenditure within agreed budgets while liaising with other functional / departmental heads so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of to ensure each service unit meet their annual targets.As part of my responsibilities, I generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial (P&L), or economic data for review by management. Providing a bridge through the business to communicate information of high value to support Exco-Level decision making demands. I also provide and make monthly and quarterly business performance presentation to the Exco and Management of the Avant and Academy Halogen. Provide support and assistance to field staff on systems and reports; use feedback from clients to make recommendations to management on process and/or reporting improvement.
