  •Heading Legal Department, of Group of Companies having large network of its business spread all over the country and abroad.Generally to monitor, supervise, advice and address legal issues within whole network. all over the country which is spread in 30 cities with 150 branches and 04 Regional Offices and in particularly: •Responsible for acquisition of land / properties all over the country and perform all ancillary duties including vetting of title documents, legal due diligence, demarcations, registration of Sale Deeds / Transfer Deeds, Mutation / Transfer of properties in the name of the company and to deal with Revenue authorities like Patwaries, Tehsildars, Mukhtiarkaras, Development Authorities etc.•Responsible for hiring rented buildings for the company all over the country on long lease basis and negotiate lease terms with the owners / landlords and draft all necessary documents including Lease Agreements, addendums, supplemental agreements, MOU(s) etc. •Handle Recovery cases against the defaulters of the company.•Handle disputes in respect of land / properties, stay matters, rented buildings, Regulatory authorities, Govt. Functionaries, individuals etc. •All court cases of civil nature including issues of property disputes, Record of Rights, Employee related issues, unlawful interference of Govt. Agencies in the business, Regulatory Authorities, Landlord & Tennant issues etc.•Examining of title documents for acquisition of properties, bank financing documents and for this purpose to attend the office of Patwari(s), Tehsildar(s), Sub_Registrar(s) all other Govt. Departments concerning record of rights in all over the country. •Drafting of Deeds, Agreements, Addendums, Notices, Replies etc. •Appraisal of commercial agreements and secretarial practices.•Registration of Trade Mark and Copy Right •To give independent advice and opinion to the company on various legal issues.
