I like how Nadzeya could listen to the requirements, understand what’s needed but also be able to present alternatives that may have more value. Many times, Nadzeya would proactively present ideas for improvements in the front-end UI that were much better but also the underlying code that would make future updates more seamless. It was sad to see her leave, but she didn’t leave until she knew the product was in good hands and her replacement was trained and up to speed.
