I am responsible for handling communications and marketing orders from all different parts of the AW Group. This means developing ideas and concepts and to produce material in line with our strategy, brand and guidelines. I work with our four core target groups in six different markets, all with varying challenges and objectives.My ability to generate ideas has developed both the team and the clients towards a more communicative thinking which has taken our projects to a higher level. My efforts have also given us more satisfied customers and helped our team achieve our goals.Some examples and results- I created social media templates that improve the results for our digital productions. Tests showed that they gained greater reach and almost doubled CTR at a lower cost.- Created the visual concept for our new company in the group - AW Executive Search.- By reworking and digitizing our onboarding, I have created a more efficient production and improved digital experience. In addition, the opportunities to update the material became significantly more advantageous for all markets.- I was involved in designing concepts and the slogan for the external launch of our new identity in all our six markets. Together with the film team and the Swedish marketing team, we produced campaign material such as launch film, content and social media content.

Startade tillsammans med Lina Lagerbäck en inredningsstudio. Vårt fokus var att involvera och skapa hållbara inspirerande miljöer för barn och unga genom demokrati, återbruk och resursallokering. Vårt projekt i Granbackaskolan belönades med Solna Stads miljöpris. Senare utvecklades verksamheten vidare och vann pris från Cristina Stenbeck genom Reach for Change.http://weunitedesign.se/portfolio/studierum/ Dölj Startade tillsammans med Lina Lagerbäck en inredningsstudio. På Gadd skapar vi kommunikation åt bl a Röda Korset, IF, SF Bio, Göteborgs-Posten, AMF och SAS EuroBonus MasterCard som engagerar och får saker att hända i hjärta, hjärna och i handling. Som exempel ökade vi på responsen på Röda Korsets kommunikation med över 176% på bara 3 år och höjde snittgåvan med 22% under samma period. Kampanjen Sambotestet med 250% ROI vann i tävlingen Guldnyckeln – Sveriges största event för datadriven kommunikation. Här har jag också arbetat som uppskattad konsult till reklambyråer och inhousebyråer och driver egna projekt såsom design av grafiska prints och produkter.
