As a freelance English tutor and an interpreter in the company, I was responsible for helping the staff prepare meetings with consultants and investors from overseas. Furthermore, I also acted as an interpreter during ongoing meetings and discussions and helped translate some documents, such as speeches and contract proposals. I coordinated meeting logistics and liaised with participants, welcoming members upon arrival and catering to their needs throughout the meeting. In addition to teaching staff English, I was responsible for creating an English Debate team and training them to participate in an annual national debate competition between domestic branches of PT PLN company throughout Indonesia.
