Avature develops a highly flexible SaaS platform used for Global Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, market leadership and over 650 clients worldwide. As an essential part of the Avature sales process, I created high quality proposals that impress, and are clear, concise, and easy to read to position our solutions and services to potential customers. I have furthermore driven process improvements to increase efficiency and alignment within the RFP team, such as creating a harmonized kick-off meeting deck, defining the performance management model and streamlining meetings, among other side projects.

Deloitte’s Pursuit Center of Excellence provides world-class pursuit capabilities to help compete more effectively, produce innovative proposals and maximise bid win probability.This role entailed editing, storytelling and storyboarding for proposals.
