Chester County Juvenile Probation

  Developed a blank slate mental health program for Juveniles to keep them out of the Justice system and Detention, based on a grant provided. For 3 years, formed individualized systems of supports, aids, education and program for each Juvenile brought into the system with a Type IV mental Health Diagnosis. The program for each juvenile was made up of team members in the education, mental health, juvenile, counselors, parents and any other necessary supports for these children. There was a 100% success rate with this program. No juveniles returned to the Criminal justice system during my time in this program. It continues today.
