Chantelle Botha - Catalyst
I met Nadine in 2016 when I was looking for a receptionist and appointed her based on her can-do attitude. It wasn't long before she started taking on additional tasks and became my informal PA. I trained her in sales and sponsorship methodology and eventually got her involved in becoming my sales support administrator. A little over a year later I promoted her into a junior sales role that she was dead set against, but that I really believed she was perfect for. She did so well in this role that she was promoted again a year later and the sales bug has truly bitten! Nadine was born to do sales because of her passion for people and consultative ability to weigh up the pros and cons with her clients before pushing sales for the sake of targets. Over the years that I've mentored Nadine, I've seen her grow in leaps and bounds and take on some projects I'd even be nervous about starting! She is a real dynamo with a passion for and commitment to her work that is rare. I have no doubt she's going to end up in a massive leadership role when she's ready!
