Responsibilities: I was given tasks like preparing Iv preparations for patients on timings throughout the working day and I was able to double check preparations previously prepared, by checking physical appearance (volume/ colour) as well as preparing both adult and pediatric Total parenteral nutrition. I was able to use Programs like the SAP to charge patients for the medication the were given and enter them on the system after reading there drugsheet and noting down any recommendations.
