As the receptionist for such a large scale company, my role is very customer service oriented. I ensure that staff, as well as guests are well taken care of. I am to keep the office in tip top shape in all forms. I also have the responsibility of ensuring that my colleges under facility management attend their yearly training targets. I was also so asked to screen CV's when a position in the company was available. I called potential candidates and set the up for interviews. I worked on performance appraisals. I was also asked to write new employee, warning and termination letters. When a new employee was set to join the company, i gave them the new employee orientation.
