  • Preparing distribution plans for smooth moment of around 3-4 Million MT materials • Co-ordinate with production department to chalk out logistics plan for shipments • Control the weigh bridge operations, planning for road transport for the materials from factory to port and to other distribution centers, terminals. • Loading and discharging of containers, communicate with the freight forwarder and port. • Preparing and checking shipping/export documents, like B/L, L/C, Cargo manifest, contracts. • Follow-up on sales orders, shipment booking, and scheduling. • Maintains channels of effective communication with customers, operations team, and other departments • Supplies and assist the logistics planner with the proper resources • Proposes and reviews guidelines, standard operations procedure (SOP) and key performance indicator (KPI) to monitor the team’s performance • Establishes & enforces the proper working procedure by making proper corrective and preventive actions through the analysis and investigation of problems, feedback and complaints
