This is officially my first job, as Sales Coordinator in MICE division in Nilamani Hotels Corporate that managing 2 properties; The Sakala Resort Bali & Camakila Tanjung Benoa, my job desc are: - Administration works, such as making drafting proposal for clients, drafting agreement, making daily and weekly sales report, making presentation for monthly owner meeting, handling phone, make sure office supply always available, handling corporate credit card, etc. - Handling resort inspection with client - Handling small event (meeting, group dinner, & wedding dinner reception below 50 participant) from the beginning; making BEO, conduct BEO meeting with concerned staff, handling on the day event, and additional arrangement after event. - Sales work, such as telemarketing to potential client, sending proposal, assisting my manager to dealing small group or event, providing all information regarding our properties, and analyze business lead from email or phone call. - Preparing sales kit for sales trip and sales call, ordering to purchasing team if sales kit and make sure sales kit always available. - Preparing sales trip plan for Sales Manager & Sales Director (domestic and international), from making flight, accommodation and meal plan, making purchase request, preparing sales kit (brochures, flyer, souvenir and business card), and making expense report. - Assisting my wedding manager to making and sending proposal for client, provide all information regarding wedding in our properties, analyze request from client and handling Bridestory account for The Sakala Resort Show less

This is my 6-months internship program, I join as Cluster Sales MICE trainee and managing 2 properties; The Laguna Bali and St. Regis Bali.
