Alongside my continued responsibility for the creation and delivery of all of the Club’s VIP and Special Events, I am responsible for the creation and delivery of a calendar of VIP experiences for the club’s sponsors and highest-spending VIP clients, to support client retention and acquisition by adding value and maximise return on their investment. Events include VIP travel to European away games with the first team, private dinners with the Chairman, content-driven partnership summits with inspirational speakers and first-class hospitality experiences outside of football, partner networking events.I work closely with the Head of Venue & Hospitality to build a comprehensive strategy to support the growth of the venue division, including developments to the existing stadium, growing our premium inventory and database. In addition, I support the growth of the division through supplier deals and maximising yield from venues and hospitality inventory on matchdays and non-matchdays.Key Responsibilities:• Create and execute Club VIP events, including the ongoing development of the Player of the Year event• Overall project management for high-profile, charity and non-profit matches at the stadium• Liaison with and management of relationships with former players, celebrities and VIP supporters of the Club• Support the Chelsea Foundation with the ‘Tackling Anti-Semitism’ campaign, including the organisation and creation of events and bespoke activations• Project manage the development of the Chelsea Legends programme, working with the Chelsea Foundation to generate revenue for the Foundation and liaising with players and opposition club to deliver an exceptional player experience• Lead arrangements for all VIP experiences, both in person and on digital platforms, including European away trips for sponsors, VPs, Millennium Suite holders and VIP guests, and VIP invitations and experiences for Cup Finals and high profile matches and events
