I've had the pleasure of working with Nadia during the course of my two years at Sagepath, both as a teammate and as her manager. During our time together I've watched her grow from someone relatively new to Quality Assurance industry to now owning process, defining standards and navigating management politics. Nadia's love for detail and need for streamlined efficiency has made her a strong Quality Assurance Analyst and now department Lead. She has always done more than what was expected of her, not only completing her work, but also taking the initiative to create templates and examples for the team to use in the future. She's always a team player offering to help the rest of the team when resourcing is tough and forward thinking, creating resources for clients during their UAT testing. Nadia is an excellent representative for the Quality Assurance department because she's willing to be vocal when needed, voicing risks and blockers during sprints and prior to deployments; she estimates tasks, projects and sprints well, taking into consideration the time to write and organize test cases, JIRA tickets and regression. She's also worked with junior Project Managers and Business Analysts to identify what's expected of the requirements for the Quality Assurance team to be successful. Her willingness to groom and train those unfamiliar with Agile and product requirements has been essential as the company grows. Nadia's personality, willingness to do what it takes to get the job done, skills and leadership make her an incredible asset to any team and I hope to have the opportunity to work with her again in the future.
