Updates issues under their responsibility or assigned to them, accurately and in a timely manner. Remains up to date on all Nimaworks products, including new features, changes on offerings, etc., and is fluent in describing those to clients and recommending the appropriate solution mix. Notifies the Presales function for any additional client needs that might be of interest for Nimaworks. Delivers user training and offers additional guidance and support to users on particular products of Nimaworks; provides small-scale configurations from a user’s perspective.
