      The Downtown Allentown Business Alliance (DABA) is an association made up of entrepreneurs, retailers, restaurateurs, employers, artists and other community leaders who help make the city's exciting urban vibe happen. DABA is responsible for Blues, Brews & Barbecue, which is Allentown's signature event- a free music and food festival that draws upwards of 30,000 attendees to downtown. Blues, Brews & Barbecue just had its 12th anniversary in June 2019.
