  My initial role was to migrate Weston Williamson +Partners to Xero, improve systems and processes and develop a new set of management reports. This was initially a 3 month contract. My role quickly turned into a project management role. I became the mediator to an Accountant, Commercial Manager and CFO in particular; 1. Successfully setting up an architecture firm in Canada including:- - Entity structure - Architectural Licensing requirements - Payroll and remuneration strategies for local employees - Insurance - Immigration etc; 2. Preparing an international Transfer Pricing agreement 3. Obtaining a deep understanding of UK tax legislation and finalising Year End 4. Managing Foreign Currency exchange 5. Reviewing and calculating R&D claims in all jurisdictions 6. Managing and overseeing Australian reporting including profit extraction back to UK 7. Training the team on Xero and Best Practice 8.
