  I work for Mondadori Magazines as a Product Manager for books and series of books sold in kiosks and online as attachments to the Group’s magazines. Among my duties, I manage a wide array of activities: rights acquisition from Italian and foreign publishers, supervision of the tasks related to production, marketing activities, cost controlling, supporting the Marketing Manager in the selection of titles and in the definition of marketing mix and the media planning for the launch of new products.   I work in the Rights Department as a Foreign Rights Assistant, licensing rights for add-on sales and as a secretary of the Rights Director. Among my duties, I deal with submissions of books to foreign publishers, production of promotional material and rights catalogues for book fairs, and with negotiating and drafting contracts. I have daily contacts with Italian and foreign publishers and agents. Other duties: answering the telephone, arranging meetings and booking trips.
