I worked for barnardos works for four years but was unfortunately made redundant from the job in 2018. I started off as a project worker assistant and worked my way up to a project worker. During my time at barnardos my roles included-•Developed and delivered employability and personal development training to young people in the Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire and Glasgow area•Helped service users with job searching activities such as CV and cover letter building, barrier removal, interview techniques, IT skills, team building and applications through group work and 121 sessions•Worked with service users’ families to strengthen engagement and progression•Maintain accurate records of service user’s attendance, activity, progression and structured progression plan•Adhere to DPA procedures to protect service user’s personal data
