Nadia was my business partner of over two years, and together we built a successful social enterprise that had a real impact on peoples lives - to Nadia this was always the most important thing, working to make a difference. Nadia allowed Rootless Garden to grow by her bringing determination and dedication to our start-up, without which we would never have achieved so much. Her ability to project manage, facilitate the team and groups, and think creatively and strategically allowed for business growth and development, funding opportunities, and most of all a fantastic work environment. Nadia has set the bar incredibly high, and I don't think I'll ever quite find someone like her to work with again!
