I had the pleasure of working with Nader for over 5 years on a high-profile carrier account during his time at BlackBerry. During my time working with him, Nader led some of the most challenging projects- from new device launches and software OS releases, to triage and resolution of critical in-life issues. Nader took on all challenges with great enthusiasm and always had an attention to detail, no matter how big (or small) the task. In addition to possessing strong technical knowledge, he is customer-focused, results-driven and has a collaborative style that makes him an integral part of any team.

I worked with Nader at RIM/BlackBerry during 2008 when he was a Coop thru 2013(he had been a Carrier Technical Manager for about 3+ years at that point). Nader was a go-to-guy for getting things done. He had great ability in taking complex problems, dissecting them, and methodically working them to conclusion in a rapid manner. Nader was never afraid to stretch his knowledge and would take on and master such complex topics as BlackBerry Service Book provisioning and QNX shell operation. He always wanted to learn new things. His enthusiasm was infectious and he was always one of the first people to volunteer whenever there was trouble that needed to be resolved remotely. (For Example, when Nader was still a Coop, we encountered testing issues with our first 3G product in the lab and Nader immediately volunteered to go to Texas to help log and troubleshoot).
