IMA is also responsible to actively engage with stakeholders, including medical professionals, treatment and rehab providers, to drive decisions regarding the provision of reasonable and necessary medical and/or rehabilitation services to achieve better outcomes. Other responsibilities include, but not limited to: - Providing coaching and mentoring to our COs on a day-to-day basis - Actively contribute to the implementation and uptake of QBEs key strategic initiatives - Proactively research and analyse data to identify risks and develop and implement strategies to manage those risks. - Monitor rehabilitation programs, and liaise and negotiate with external providers - Implement, monitor, and audit rehabilitation compliance, and prepare material and case studies for audits, and training
