Handle all design concerns for King Abdullah Financial District, Riyadh, with 34 parcels (more than 15 million square meters) comprising retail, commercial, office, residential, and mixed-use buildings. Directed multinational teams to collaborate, coordinate, and provide project design ideas as the Principal Point of Contact (POC) for international designers. Advised clients and external/in-house consultants on design development and information production throughout the design stage. Contracts management, construction, and other project-related operations, including their interfaces and interdependencies, were covered. Developed the Project Strategy, directed the design's general development, and managed the project's technical content to meet staged program targets and customer needs. Handled design team feedback for construction. Ensured that the Design Teams' input was coordinated, that designers' progress was monitored, that variants were permitted, and their costs understood and coordinated with Cost Engineers, and that liaisons were maintained with site employees to assure quality control. Developed a project-wide online design management and collaboration system. Created and managed the Project Web Site (PWS) in 2009 to foster collaboration and coordination between 14 international design firms. 205,762 drawings, 2,902 design questions, 6,633 RFIs, and 1.34TB of data were managed over the period.
