  Exterran Middle East is operating Gas & condensate processing facility in Oman handling 100 MMSCFD of Sour Gas (up to 1000 ppm of H2S), 9000 BPD of condensate & 2500 BPD of produce water. My key responsibilities are to supervise operation team being control room operator. Follow up with day to day maintenance and routine operational activities. Generating daily production reports. I got chances of commissioning of this facility in the field & then during normal run of plant I worked as a control room Operator. CCR of this facility is equipped with two work stations communicated with Allen Bradley PLC through an Ethernet module, also through a separate control network all well heads & metering skids for gas flows & condensate delivery meters are monitored & controlled based on SCADA. SCADA is based on In touch Wonder ware Version 9.5 SP3 . Facilities: Following are the main facilities for well effluents treatment Well head control units. Condensate Gas separation & Inlet Cooling Sour Gas compression H2S Removal & amine regeneration Dew point Recovery & propane refrigeration Glycol regeneration Condensate stabilization.
