  Involve in Plant Erecting and Commissioning activities. 2 Boilers 155tph each traveling Grate Wuxi China. 2*31.2 MW Steam Turbines with extraction Hangzhou China. I was part of Commissioning for various plant systems like condensate and feed water system, turbine lube oil system, main and auxiliary cooling water system, bagasse feeding system, ESP (Electrostatic precipitator), EDGs , air compressors and PRDS. Also part of Testing and commissioning of 2x155 TPH boilers including hydro-pressure testing, air and gas leakage testing, refractory dry-out, alkali boil-out and steam blowing. Part of Commissioning for RO and Demine plant. Part of Commission for EDI system. Part of Commissioning and testing for 132KV grid, 11KV and 400V electrical systems. Verification and field tracing of P&IDs. Control and maintain auxiliary equipment, such as pumps, fans of induced draft cooling tower, air compressors, condensers, feed water pumps, filters, supply water, Lube oil system, Control oil system, Lube oil purification system, generators,fuel such as solid fuel, and auxiliary power.
