Summary of projects delivered. (Few randomly Selected )*• Design of proposed 29-storey office development comprising of a 5-storey podium consisting of 1st storey restaurant use, 2nd storey main lobby and 3-storey car park, 2 basement with end-of-trip facilities and an underground pedestrian network (UPN) (Downtown Core Planning Area) at 79 Robinson Road. Utilizing the existing piles together with new Piles for new pile raft system was the key challenge in this design. *• Design of proposed Condominium Development at Tampines avenue 10, comprising of 7 blocks of 15-storey residential (Total of 856 Unites) apartments with three levels of basement carpark, and Child care facilities and communal facilities at first storey. All tower blocks are proposed to be PPVC units with re-configurable interior, which is challenging in design & detail for overall stability. Cast-in-situ RC center Cores walls designed as a stabilizing shaft (LFRS) of each blocks and connection between PPVC units and RC core carefully designed to ensure continuous floor diaphragm and smooth load transfer. Wind and seismic dynamic response (MRSA) was considered during analysis. *• structural concept development of proposed Residential development comprising 3-blocks of 40 storey building (Total of 1255 Units) with 1 Childcare centre, 5-shops units and 3 levels of basement carpark, swimming pool and communal facilities at Striling Road (Queenstown Planning Area)2.2m thick cast in-situ transfer slab at level 02 was design to support above 38 storeys in PPVC. PPVC concept development was challenging for this project.*• Design of proposed Condominium Housing Development Comprising of 1 Block of 22 Storey Apartment (Total 193 Units), 1 Blocks of 5 Storey row houses (Total 26 Units) with Open roof terraces with BBQ facility at Pheng Geck Avenue, Singapore.*• Structural concept development for 40 storey commercial and office development at Havelockcity-Colombo Sri Lanka
