Building an international company from the ground up can only be done through team work. As CEO of Emerge it is my responsibility to protect our assets. And unless you are a complete dummie the most valuable assets are your people. Its a simple fact. When it was time to build our Innovation & Technology offices we knew we needed to be in the heart of Tel Aviv, but easily accessible from all over the country. There is one name that comes to mind for Israelis that is the best transportation hub in the country. Azriela Station. Location was clear. But know what? After touring any & every office space within a ten minute walk of the station, I quickly realized that high rise offices in TLV were not our thing. Fortunate for me that my country manager knew the real estate market better than most. We were interested in the ground floor at 13 Yehuda and Noah Moses Street. Then Covid hit and I was no longer able to travel. A decision needed to be made. Do we sign? If so how do we do this remote? A really scary thought. Developing is a tough business. Developing in Israel is daily hand to hand combat. Being an American and trying to develop in person or remote are the same problem with more corners to be rounded. But I needed to have a place for our team to go. After ten years we owed the team luxurious accommodations. We interviewed many architects before awarding Nadav and his firm. If you have read this far, pay attention. You want this team handling your needs for design and build. This was not a frictionless process. But it was for me. Nadav was a pillar for Emerge. He cleared the friction. We relied on him to create a unique and usable space. I even got my captain kirk sliding glass door to sneak into the office right from the street. Materials were chosen based on not just the aesthetic. Availablity & price were considered. The end result was a finished product that exceeded my expectations. Nadav Shchory is a great service. I will be using him again. Avoid the head aches and bs that comes from the paka paka crowd. When Nadav tells you something, pay attention. There are reasons that will impact your entire project. He doesn't talk much so its easy to listen. Message me directly for more details our wonderful experience with this brilliant firm. Don't do this alone. You will be sorry.
