Yaniv Assaf
To whom it may concern Nadav was the research operation manager of my lab at Tel Aviv University. Nadav is an extremely skilled, talented, resourceful and imaginative operation manager I have ever had. The research in my lab focuses on MRI scans of the healthy population in relation to long term cognitive experience. The lab includes a relatively small team of about 10 workers/students. Nadav mastered all aspects of the lab work - taking care of the workers/students needs, organizing the entire subject recruitment operations, reports, data management program, setting up the optimal environment to achieve the goals of our project. Nadav is highly imaginative - he thinks of creative solutions to any problem that is brought to him. Being my operations manager, I had full confident in Nadav and was able to put many administrative and operational processes away from my shoulders and invest my time in research and fund raising. Nadav as the most positive and social personality - always helping out and trying his best to perform his duties to the best possible level. Aside from that, he had to coordinate operations with other peers - with different levels of cooperation and managed to do that superbly. Nadav is also a fast learner - he can achieve skill in areas that are less acquainted to him and reach high level of performance. For example, few years ago I decided to buy a 3D printer to be used to print out the outputs of our research. Without any knowledge in the field, Nadav mastered this skill in a very short time. To summarize, I have full confident that Nadav will be an excellent and most valuable asset to any work-place he will work in. I strongly support Nadav's application to any work he will apply to and will be happy to answer any questions you may have, Sincerely, Prof. Yaniv Assaf Faculty of Life Sciences Sagol School of Neuroscience Strauss Center for Neuroimaging Tel Aviv University Tel Aviv, Israel.

Multidisciplinary should be my middle name. As life pushes me from challenge to challenge, I like to think attention and creativity are key factures on the way forward. The practice I acquired in different fields of knowledge relates with one another and gives broader perspective and insights, in sweet balance between statistics, science and intuition. As a Neuroscience lab manager I've had the opportunity of handling sensitive research equipment, Personal information, Ethic Authorizations and scientific report. Produce international conferences, and manage budgets & procurement, and computing hardware for a team of 17 people.I have thought and engaged with neural microstructures , the connectome and it's plasticity and how it relates to our everyday experiences. The dissertation for my M.A.A.T in Music Therapy practiced the influence of rhythmic training on brain structure, and was followed by several years of practicing music therapy with ASD infants and adults.I have created and moderating courses for people with cognitive disabilities on digital literacy and electronic music production -skills that are essential for modern life, and for personal creativity and expression. All of these have lately combined into the opportunity to bring JOBLI to life. A novel project with the aim to create simple and smart employment opportunities for people with disabilities. still, my main hobby is being outside and admiring the amazing nature of this plant (and trying to save it), while learning how to code, model in 3D, mostly for printing, and being a good friend and partner for the people I love and care about.
