  At the VRO, I led and managed the development of the HiAP national strategy, integrating health considerations into policymaking across all sectors to improve population health. I utilized project management principles to drive, plan, and execute timely delivery of the project plan and liaised with international experts on global public health priorities and capitalize on best practices and lessons learned. I prepared and presented high-quality reports, plans, and briefings to the HiAP Ministerial Committee, senior leadership across governmental sectors, VRO senior leadership, and others, and developed and sustained a network of effective and productive partners and proactively identified common goals between our priorities, covering over 20 ministries and over 250 experts. I contextualized and applied HiAP strategy development guidelines based on WHO framework to align with the Kingdom’s Vision and needs, and established clear, quality-focused methodologies and requirements for internal research, analysis, reporting, communication, and presentation, and consistently researched new developments affecting public health and the strategic direction of HiAP including legislation, guidance, policies, and best practices.
