• Managing several teams up to 30 members working on different projects through various RIBA stages to fulfill each projects’ deliverables.• Project resourcing, budgeting, deliverables set up, scope demarcation and contracts’ generation of the various projects within the design department.• Monitoring project’s expenditure through weekly reports to ensure each project runs within its allocated budget. • Working on all aspects of high-end prestigious projects from the initial phase of client briefing, presentations, overseeing and design development with the team, along with my own design input. • Project managing, programming and coordinating all aspects in a project from ID drawings, finishes, furniture, decorative lighting, carpets, artwork, and accessories. • Review and approval of all the different consultants’ drawings from architectural to marble, woodwork, gypsum packages...etc. • Communication and coordinating with the various consultants in the UK and the Middle East to deliver a successful project within the client’s budget.• Working with UK, USA and Europe suppliers and fabricators to produce goods for the Middle Eastern projects, while following the project’s relevant building regulations and fire and safety codes. • Delivering highly detailed and elaborate designs in extremely tight deadlines. • Designing the interior of houses in Knight's Bridge, London. • This project involved the full understanding of the client’s Middle Eastern needs in their London summer houses. • The project included client presentations with layouts, design concept, and furniture boards, also liaising with suppliers, finishes selection, site coordination and working closely with a furniture designer to fully furnish the residencies. • Working with UK Architects ( Blampied & Partners Ltd) to deliver the design intent in accordance with the UK building regulations. • Coordinating closely with UK suppliers to produce and deliver all the fitted wardrobes, floor finishes, ironmongery, and sanitary ware.
