      As an artists I have participated in many exhibitions in Bahrain, such as The Bahrain international fair (ArtBAB), Bahrain Female Art Annual Exhibition, Alwan 338 and AlRiwaq Art Space. In 2011, I was invited as a Teaching Art Resident in Jordan for StART, a volunteer program for teaching children art in refugee camps. In 2012 I co-founded, and curated for the art collective “Ulafaa” a community and social oriented art group with a focus on public and interactive art. As an artists I have participated in many exhibitions in Bahrain, such as The Bahrain international fair (ArtBAB), Bahrain Female Art Annual Exhibition, Alwan 338 and AlRiwaq Art Space.       Ulafa’a curated and co-founded by Nada. It is an art collective that aims to create opportunities for individuals to express themselves and to strengthen relationships of respect and understanding among the different communities of Bahrain. Ulafa’a host series of events and art exhibitions during which the artists participating in the project can interact with the audience.       A teaching assistant during the Fall semester of 2015 for two undergraduate classes, Digital Fabrication: Unravel the Code, and Problems in Contemporary Art: Exhibiting in the Middle East.       Intersection, is an exhibition showcasing the layered stories of people, places and moments in history that shaped the identity of one of Baltimore City's popular intersections, North Avenue and Charles Street in the Station North neighborhood. The exhibition, highlights four corners and four eras in history within the past 100 years (1915 - 2015).'Intersection' is a curated selection of newly commissioned work and pieces from personal collections, including painting, photography, projection artistry, site-specific installation and performance art. The exhibition is a visual experience creating an opportunity for artists to discover the city's history, offering viewers the chance to look at the many layers of the historic crossroad of North Avenue and Charles Street. Viewers can explore the geography, social relationships and cultural landscape of Baltimore's rapidly changing urban center. Show less
