Nadège joined our team on a short term contract in 2021, which we quickly extended and then transferred to permanent - from the outset she was a godsend to our team, and I consider her one of the best hires I have ever made into my team. Nadège is a highly competent HR generalist and couples that with being proactive, dedicated and hardworking. Her intelligence shines through in her work and approach, and she is fantastic at spotting opportunities to improve, or to build networks/connections, and then making those things happen. Where she really stands out, however, is that she does all of this with a genuine warmth, likeability and generosity of spirit that is immediately apparent and makes working with her a joy. She was a huge asset to our team and an utter pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend her - if you end up working with Nadège, you got lucky!
