I have enjoyed working with Nacho during 2 years at Gympass Spain (latter Iberia and, even latter, Iberia & France). Over this time I have witnessed Nacho’s ability to stretch himself to adapt to an ever changing environment (that of a startup) while still focusing on delivering his targets. I found it especially remarkable both his growing ability to achieve results through his team and his ambition to go beyond his comfort zone and explore new territories (either by doing Business Development in a new country or by trying to envision the impact of his team’s work in the overall organization). I trust Nacho will be an important positive addition to Sales/BD organizations looking for a people-oriented, results-focused, low-maintenance and seasoned executive.
